This makes the shoe nice and flexible, lightweight and comfortable. The Gore-Tex membrane makes the shoes windproof, waterproof and breathable. This way you will never get cold or wet feet. Thanks to the rubber sole, the shoe has a pleasant rolling behavior, so that fatigue sets in less quickly. These boots provide excellent support and can therefore be used for multi-day hikes. The trecking or hiking boots have a sole that is more rigid than in Category A and the shoes also feature a higher shaft, providing better support to the ankles. The hiking boots are suitable for mountainous terrains, but for the real mountains, the sole is too lenient.
