The replaceable insole in the boot and the heel support structure have a damping effect. Rain boots from Nokian are relatively larger in size than general boots, they are bigger in order for you to be able to wear thick woolen socks. If you are going to wear the boots with normal socks are advised to order one size smaller than your normal shoe size.
