These Wilderness Texapore Mid hiking boots are suitable for challenging, multi-day mountain hikes with heavy luggage. The shoes have been tested by the mountain guides of the Alpinschule Innsbruck and are perfect for walking in mountains and wilderness. The shaft of the shoe is tall and rigid for extra support and stability. The shoe has a sturdy sole for optimal grip, support, and shock absorption. The very comfortable fit stabilises the heel and leaves enough space for the toes. Ideal during descents and climbs. What the mountain guides found even more special is that instead of one, there are two positions to fix the laces. The particularly good grip on steep slopes and the great stability on the 'via ferrata', a marked track along a rock wall, are also worthy of mention. The shoe is made using wear-resistant materials and is very durable. In addition, the shoes are waterproof due to the Texapore material.
