The Makra Combi GTX is a robust walking boot from Hanwag that ensures you will have fantastic support, even on long and challenging hikes in the high mountains or during glacier hikes. The upper side of this shoe is made of supple and sturdy suede in combination with lightweight and robust Cordura® material. This means that the top of the shoe will protect your foot and support it. The seams are extra reinforced so that the shoe will remain robust, even in the most challenging circumstances. The lining is GORE-TEX®, which prevents water getting in, but also ensures that moisture can get out. Your feet will therefore not get wet, but they will still be able to enjoy a lot of ventilation for a longer-lasting fresh feeling. The Vibram outer sole is extra stiff and ensures that dirt does not get stuck in the profile. This profile is made extra deep for even better support while hiking or climbing. At the toes of the shoe is a separate climbing section, so you can get an even better grip. There is an attachment point on the heel so that you can easily mount semi-automatic crampons.
