The Salomon Sense Ride is a flexible trail running shoe with extra comfortable cushioning. The top of this shoe is made from nylon and mesh. This combination prevents your feet from getting dirty and ensures smooth air circulation, which will keep your feet dryer for longer. The bottom of the shoe is finished with a stabilising protective layer. Due to the flexible material, your foot's freedom of movement will not be restricted by the reinforced layer. The middle sole is equipped with EVA moulding and Ortholite® attenuation. This causes the impact while running to be absorbed, meaning your feet won't get tired as quickly. The EnergyCell + technology provides extra suspension in the sole for energy while running. Contragrip® technology gives you more grip even in slippery and wet conditions.

The hiking boots in Category A are designed for day walks on paved or well constructed paths. The shoes are lightweight and have a flexible sole. These shoes are not designed for mountain hikes, but are very practical to take on holiday, such as on a beach break.
