Salomons XA Elevate GTX is a versatile trail running shoe that will support you well on challenging tours and will stabilise your feet. This shoe has a nylon upper with mesh sections, which ensure that your feet stay dry and fresh for longer thanks to their breathable and quick-drying properties. Underneath this top is a Gore-Tex membrane that allows moisture to leave the shoe, but prevents water from entering the shoe. This makes the shoe waterproof and breathable. The top of the shoe will have an optimal connection thanks to the Quicklace laces. The insole of the shoe has an EnergyCell + insole that will store extra energy from your strides and release when you move to optimally support your upward movements, saving your energy. The professional frame that is under this insole provides extra stabilisation in the foot, which is ideal for uneven paths in particular. The outsole of this shoe has a Contagrip profile and will therefore have a good grip on many surfaces, thanks to the Wet Traction notches this will also apply to wet terrain.
