The Vango Calder 500 has been extensively tested in a certified rain and wind test centre. It is equipped with the Vango's TBS (Tension Band System), so it remains sturdy during stormy days. The tent is also flame retardant thanks to the special finish from Calder. The high-quality polyester ensures that you can spend the night dry. The polyester allows the condensation to the outside so that rain cannot enter. The tent has a separate sleeping area, it has the dimensions of 210 x 300 cm. This provides space for five people. In the sleeping area , there are some compartments created where you can store small items such as a flashlight, keys and your wallet. The tent has a large awning, making this is a very large tent. The weight of 15.95 kg and the convenient carry case means that it is easy to take this tent with you during your trip. The dimensions of the carry case are: 70 x 31 x 30 cm. This bag is slightly larger than what is strictly necessary for the tent, thus you can easily pack it again.
