The stainless steel blade of the BK-PE Kydex survival knife has a black powder coating which offers extra protection against oxidation and gives this survival knife an extra tough look. The serrated edge of the Combo Edge blade is ideal for cutting rope and wire. The strong blade has a hardness (RC) of 57, which means that the blade is hard and wear-resistant and you do not have to sharpen the blade for a long time. The handle of the BK-PE survival knife is made of hard plastic which ensures a durable handle that will last for years. The handle also has a formation and profile which gives you extra grip on the knife and control of the blade. You can store this survival knife safely and easily in the supplied kydex sheath that you can attach to your belt, so you can always have this knife to hand.
About SOG
The origins of SOG began in Vietnam, where members of a highly classified US special ops unit - known as MACV-SOG - carried a unique combat knife into the jungle on covert missions.
