The mat contains soft foam inside that also has an anti-bacterial effect so that less odours arise. This mat features two valves which makes it automatically inflate itself. When this inflation process is complete you can blow in air yourself to get a thicker mat. The mat can be folded compactly and can then easily be carried in the supplied bag. In addition, the incredibly high thickness ensures that the mat will offer you even more comfort and will better insulate you from the ground, while the extra width ensures that you have more space.
