This liner is also removable so you can wash it at any time. The helmet features the Custom Dial system. This system ensures that the helmet fits well and does not move or come off during excercise. The helmet also provides safety through the EPS 4D dampening mechanism. This provides extra cushioning and also weighs very little. This helmet includes a handy helmet bag. Note: When selecting the right size helmet it is helpful to measure the circumference of the head.
