The Carrera ID Active ski helmet offers many qualities. This ski helmet is comparable and similar to the "ID" ski helmet. You will not be surprised that the ID Active provides comfort and protection. This is partly due to the applied petal-shaped EPS shock absorber plates inside. The bone plates automatically fit to the head during a fall and are characterised by their flexibility. The EPS shock absorbers work together with the thermal-mesh material that spreads over the inside of the helmet. Furthermore, the additional security can be guaranteed by the built-in 360 Impact Protection. This system consists of small cones that are placed under the skeleton. The distinguishes characteristics of the Carrera Active ID compared to the 'normal' ID ski helmet is the active ventilation. The active ventilation consists of sixteen air holes that are over the main surface. These can be opened simply by pressing a few buttons. The ID Active provides an excellent fit with the "Boa Fitting System". By pressing a button on the back of the helmet, you can ensure that your helmet will closely fit to the head.
