The bottom and the back of the main compartment are lined with foam to keep your things safe and so they won't poke into your back. By using the long zipper at the main compartment, you can unfold the bag, which makes it easy for you to pack. Furthermore, in order to increase the comfort, the bag has S-shaped shoulder straps that are lined with foam.
