I originally ordered the s/m size, based on my experience with other Rains products but in the coach jacket this was too small for me. It was easy to return with no fuss and a quick refund. I ordered the m/land this was the right size for me. Again, the product was delivered promptly. No fuss whatsoever and now happy with my new coat.
