The shoe has a mid-cut boot construction with 3F system that connects the instep, sole and heel for a comfortable, supportive and flexible fit. This is further supported by the shock-absorbing EVA midsole. For extra stability and protection there is a heel stabilizer and rubber toe cap. With climbing laces to the toe for finer tuning for more precision on technical terrain. Underfoot, the outsole guarantees reliable grip thanks to the Pomoca compound rubber and the tread pattern with deep sipes and grooves and the versatility to handle a wide range of terrain.
Category B/C
The hiking shoes in B/C are suitable for the rugged landscape and are recommended for hiking with a heavy backpack. The boots have a higher and firmer shaft than the walking shoes in category B, allowing the ankle to be better supported. The boots also feature a stiffer sole, meaning you are less affected by the ground. However, for a real rocky walk, we recommend the hiking boots from category C.
