The light can be in three different modes: white light, minimum white light and flashing white light. The flexible, soft headband the headlamp is equipped with a Cocoon storage system. The Otus II has a range of up to 35 metres and can withstand the most extreme weather conditions.

A torch or headlamp with the specification IPX-7 is submersible. This means that the product will not be damaged when it is immersed upto a depth of 1 metre for 30 minutes. This means, that the torch or headlamp can even be used in water activities such as swimming or on a boat trip.
