The Military folding knife from Spyderco came about after someone asked Spyderco's owner Sal Glesser: "If your son entered the army, with which pocket knife would you send him away?" It certainly had to meet the requirements of a powerful, lightweight design, designed for heavy use. For the Military folding knife, he opted for a blade of CPM S30V, because this material is very durable and stainless. The handle is made of G-10 and fits comfortably and firmly in the hand. The finger coil and anti-slip ensure that you have a good grip. With the mounting clip you can hang the knife where you can reach it. With the thumb hole you can open the folding knife easily and quickly.
