I had no reason to contact the staff. I put my order in at about 4.30 on the Wednesday and it arrived with me 11.30 on the Friday, can't beat that, excellent. Just waiting for my next Buck to get stocked.then I'll be ordering from them again. From my point of view their stock of Bucks is too small, but I'm biased, I collect Bucks. Haven't seen this one in any other UK stockists so that's a big plus.
