The West Loop is user friendly and the lid is easy to clean. The West Loop thermo cups have a vacuum insulation technique: they keep fresh drinks chilled easily 12 hours and hot beverages hot for 4 hours. Ideal for long days at work, long walks or other adventures. The top of the thermo mug is dishwasher safe but the bottom needs to be washed by hand.
